How does the delivery process work?

• Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
• Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
• Then, your item is shipped to your location.
• In case your address falls into a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Atsevam team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

Domestic Shipping:

• We offer free shipping on all our products throughout India.
• We religiously aim to ship the products within 1-2 working days however it may take upto 5 to 7 working Days to reach you. so, the estimated time would be 6 to 9 days for India.
• Transit delivery time , handling time
  – Generally, shipments transit an india for 5-7 days
  – Order cutoff Time 11:00 AM
  – Order handling time is 1-2 business days
• You can choose to pay through UPI, Credit card, Debit Card, Phone Pe, Amazon Pay, Google Pay Paytm
• Cash on delivery (COD) is available.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

• www.atsevam.com is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame.
• We ship throughout the week, except Sunday and Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
• International shipment is charged per product irrespective of the order size and weight.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
• Orders placed after 11 AM [ INDIA (GMT+5:30) ] will be processed on the following business day.
• Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 working days. so, the estimated time would be 6 to 12 days for International Shipping.
